Jill will be a champion for mental healthcare and will not defund any of the programs currently in place, rather she will restore those previously cut, such as funding for adolescent mental healthcare. If needed, she will help to write reforms that provide better quality and access to mental healthcare. Parental rights will always be the first priority, along with ensuring all personal freedoms are not infringed.
No one can argue that too many families have lost loved ones to suicide or acts of violence. Especially our veterans. However, there is hope because violence and self harm can often be stopped with intervention. The real problem is that we as a society are not recognizing the symptoms and/or providing that intervention, until it is too late.
Too often, the fear of others is the catalyst for policies intending to eliminate many of our freedoms and rights, including our Right to Bear Arms. Mental healthcare is at the core of these arguments but is rarely discussed as a solution. No one should be afraid to seek mental healthcare and should find it when needed. The future of our children, State, and Nation depend on us.
Trammell will support policies that provide insurance coverage expansion for mental health services that do not increase the cost of premiums. She will support specific quality of care improvements, and accountabilities for providers of mental healthcare receiving State and Federal funds. She will support repayment of student loans to students who attend Ga schools and increase our provider pool of certified professionals. Jill supports law enforcement improvements and training for co-responders so that veterans with PTSD episodes and the mentally ill have their rights protected by those understanding of their conditions and are not thrown into the jail system, again and again. Rather, we will have other options for them that cost less for the taxpayer and provide better outcomes for them and their families.
Trammell will protect our freedoms and fight for your right to say NO! She is against mask mandates and vaccination mandates. She understands the science, as well as, the sinister. She will fight forever against vaccine passports.
When you hear that we live in “unprecedented times”, the fact is we have a pandemic which is not unprecedented, but what they are trying to force you to do with an experimental vaccine is unprecedented.
Anyone telling you what you have to put into your body – or you lose your basic human rights, is wrong. It is a natural, God given right to act on your own free will. You can determine if you do not want to comply with something that could be harmful to you physically, spiritually, or otherwise.
Jill has spoken at School Board meetings, questioning their reasoning for mask mandates and vaccination policies. Educating parents on the facts that the Boards of Health do not make these mandates, they provide data and the schools make the policies.
The People must continue to question the School Boards and the Superintendents on their decisions and how they effect our children.
Johns Creek Town Center
Trammell will seek to collaborate with the Committees that support innovation, entrepreneurship, and attracting business to our State. When elected as your State Representative for District 50. Trammell will lobby for resources and entertainment opportunities to help the Mayor and City Council with the new Johns Creek Town Center.
Trammell will fight against Federal and State medical overreach and socialized medicine. She will protect your HIPAA rights and vote against anything that compromises your privacy.
Trammell will vote NO on MEDICAL MANDATES of any kind.
Trammell will vote NO on Medicaid expansion into the State of Georgia. Proponents of the federal expansion program say it is “good” for the taxpayers and the budget, however, States that have implemented it are paying for it later with massive spending needs, overcrowding hospitals, private doctor groups closing, insurance costs skyrocketing and access to quality care significantly decreasing.
Trammell will vote YES on a Medical Freedom Acts that protect our rights and limit government control over our bodies. She will vote against bills that include any form of undermining HiPAA rights.
Veterans & 2nd Amendment
Veterans have a TRUE ADVOCATE with Trammell as your State Representative. She will ensure that the VA is taking care of her constituents! If we cannot take care of our Veterans, we cannot take care of anyone.
Trammell will stand up for 2nd Amendment Rights for ALL Georgia citizens. She will also be a voice for veterans, so that they do not lose their right to carry or bear arms, for seeking mental healthcare.
Trammell will oppose any legislation that supports emergency confiscation, gun ownership labeling, or universal registering of firearms.
Law Enforcement & Border Crisis
Having grown up in San Diego County, Jill knows exactly how fast and furious our border situation has become. A 500% surge of immigrants is expected this Spring and we need our Governor to stand up and support our local Sheriffs who are the ones who can send these folks arriving in GA. to the White House lawn.
She will support policies that maintain and increase the funding of our State and local police, along with new policies that increase transparency and accountability. She will fight against Federal Capitol police expansion throughout our state, as their jurisdiction should be limited to Washington DC and should never be used as a political weapon. Trammell does not support the unconstitutional incarceration of those who have been arrested for participation in the Jan. 6 uprising who have not had a timely trial. Trammell will fight to ensure the enforcement of common-sense laws, including the right to a speedy trial and will advocate for the release of those still being held captive.
BEING A COP TODAY: Vicious assaults and assassinations on our civil servants are up 67% from January of 2021. Defunding the police is not going to make change happen any faster. In fact, it is a catalyst for more anarchy. Those affected by death and discrimination are furious that there are laws that protect police from prosecution. The fact is that these laws are limited, yet it continues to be the excuse for more violence. This must stop. When law enforcement gets out of bed to go to work, they know…and their families know, that they may not come home again. Still, they do their job and the majority of them do it because they believe it is the right thing to do. Civil society only exists if we have the ability to enforce our laws.
This includes Immigration Laws. Trammell watched her home state of California become what it is today, because of the constant flow of illegal immigrants. Facts are that if you are receiving social services and The Biden Administration is relocating you and your family through a secret contract with a security contractor, you’re going to vote for that party. The Biden Administration has willfully deceived the American people and is culpable for healthcare services and crimes committed by the immigrants they have effectively SPONSORED. Many have seen this body cam video released by FOIA .
States must take action to enforce our immigration laws already in effect. When social service systems and law enforcement come across a bad actor selling drugs and/or committing crimes, we must IMMEDIATELY act to remove them from our country and SUE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT for the cost of each and every one of them.
Election Fraud is REAL
Elect Jill Trammell and you will have a representative with integrity fighting to make sure your vote counts! She is a leader who can make independent decisions from the party, especially when they are not doing what is in the best interest of the people.
If you still think that the election was not stolen in 2020, PLEASE WATCH 2000 Mules to see the evidence many of us actually saw and/or reported here in Ga.
Trammell will support legislation to get rid of the Dominion Voting machines that are in violation of two Georgia statutes, as determined by The U.S. District Court on Oct 11th, 2020. These machines provide QR codes with your votes which are unverifiable by the voter and thus, illegal. The fact that Millions were spent on these machines is no excuse not to get rid of them. They are able to be manipulated electronically and have been proven to be insecure.
Trammell also supports legislative changes needed for Ballot Transparency to ensure we make it easy to vote, but hard to cheat.
If past performance predicts future performance, we cannot afford to have anyone other than Jill Trammell as our State Representative. Here’s why.
While Betsy Kramer and the Fulton GOP was fighting amongst themselves in their botched election, shaded with fraud… Jill was organizing patriots to gather proof of election fraud and to get more people out to vote. She started the first Forsyth GOP Action Committees, wrote and passed a Resolution for a Full Audit of our 2020 and 2021 Elections and gave a voice for the precinct chairs calling out Governor Kemp (who does have the Constitutional authority to call for an audit) Secretary of State, Brad Raffensberger and our Republican State Legislators. Forsyth was 1 of only 5 counties that sent these resolutions to the State leadership attempting to compel them to take action for the people they represent. Jill helped 3 of these counties with their Resolutions for a Full Audit, however, Fulton GOP did not join this group, in fact they perpetuated the lie that there was no fraud until the party parrots changed their tune. The Election Integrity Committee Jill started in Forsyth County is still growing strong and continues to organize Republicans to canvas and analyze the voter rolls, among other initiatives. They have made discoveries that are cleaning up the rolls by requesting the Board of Elections remove people who should not be able to vote for multiple reasons such as moving, multiple registrations at business, PO boxes, empty lots, death, etc.
Trammell is a member of several grassroots organizations such as the US Election Integrity Project, Voter Ga, and PGR/Preserve Georgia Rights. On Feb. 18th, 2022, Jill spoke at the PGR Grassroots Freedom Fest as an endorsed candidate from around the state who is pushing for election integrity. That day, PGR and Mike Lindell delivered over 40,000 Affidavits of Maladministration to the Secretary of State, Brad Raffensberger, and Governor Kemp.
Trammell has not stopped working on election integrity issues during this campaign. On Feb. 28, 2022, she walked the halls with VoterGA founder Garland Favorito educating the House of Representatives and Senators on the unlawful act perpetrated (again) by Secretary of State Brad Raffensberger by making a closed-door, no-bid, $3.5 million deal to put our VOTER ROLLS into the Salesforce cloud-based system. Jill also assisted Garland with garnering the support of legislators to sign onto the lawsuit he announced on March 7th, for an injunction to STOP this violation of our privacy and GA laws.
Trammell has been a voice that continues to push for NO TEMPORARY AGENCIES used for poll workers and watchers and holding the Fulton County Commissioners accountable for the actions of a corrupt Election Board. Staffing agencies owned by Stacy Abrams and now 4 others, are allowed to control tabulations and other key positions during the elections. “Happy Faces” agency owned by Abrams is implicit in fraud witnessed in the 2020 Presidential and Senate Run-Off. This sparked CNN to call our election fraud videos and affidavits to become “the Big Lie” which Trammell and others have since been permanently “canceled” on Facebook for educating the public via social media.
The Fulton County elections cost is now over $53 million in taxpayer dollars due to these agencies and the “Fair Fight” group by Abrams pushing to pay them upwards of 34 dollars per hour. Cities in Fulton County such as Johns Creek, are forced to pay that bill. Learn the facts from the work at VoterGA.

Create Milton County
Jill is committed to finding a way to separate from Fulton County enabling North Fulton and the new City of Buckhead to govern themselves, with their taxes.
Fulton County leadership does not represent us and yet they rely heavily on our taxpayer dollars. The majority of Fulton County Commissioners, the Mayor, and the leftist agenda that they are continually pushing, along with proof seen in commercials from Commissioner Rob Pitts where he states that S. Fulton is their focus, it is clear that they do not represent us. Our Commissioner is a lone ranger on important issues. “Being a mother is all about finding strengths you didn’t know you had and fears you didn’t know existed.” –Linda Wooten
Jill is the proud mother of three grown children, aged 18-22 and three step-sons, aged 18-25. All are attending college or working locally and one is in the Coast Guard. Her husband Craig is a Navy veteran who works for the Federal Government in IT. They reside in the Shakerag subdivision in Johns Creek where Craig has lived for over 20 years. Jill still maintains her residence in Forsyth County on Lake Lanier and is the current Shakerag HOA Board of Directors ARC Liason. Craig is the Chair of the Tennis Committee. They love to spend time with family, travel, scuba dive, golf and play tennis.
Jill is acutely aware of the cycles and challenges that broken families go through. She has made a commitment to support policies that strengthen families and which also protect our Constitutional rights. She believes state-funded programs should be held to basic moral standards that form civil societies. Including the elimination of exposure to pornography in schools, ensuring schools are safe from morally divisive curricula, and improving access to social services that assist, educate and lift men, women, and children out of poverty.

Spending & Taxes
Trammell believes that the role of government should always be limited to; first providing for public services, security, education, defense and after, providing for the most in need and underserved populations.
She would support abolishing the State Income Tax to compete with neighboring States, however, if we want smaller government and less Federal influence . We need to ensure Georgia is sustainable and can always meet its own budget needs, independently.
Florida and Tennessee make up for their lack of State income tax with multiple other taxations, including increased property taxes that we are currently paying Fulton County at just as high, if not higher rates. FAIR TAX is an option as a replacement. As a thoughtful legislator, she would want to see strategic plans before making any promises. As a Georgia resident, she would be very happy if we could do this! Now is a good time to consider eliminating the State Tax, here’s why….
In 2022, Georgia reports record savings in reserves and even with increased spending in education and public healthcare initiatives pushed by the Feds. there is plenty left for capitol expenditures and other improvements. For those wishing to eliminate the State Income Tax, one should consider now a good time to do that, however, take into consideration the following reports and recommendations.
“With Georgia’s state saving’s account, also known as the Revenue Shortfall Reserve (RSR), at a record maximum level of $4.3 billion and over $4.7 billion in flexible funding granted to the state under the federal American Rescue Plan, the FY 2023 budget could present a springboard to make up much of the ground lost to the COVID-19 pandemic and position the state with sufficient resources to achieve long sought-after improvements to its education and health care systems.” (Governor’s Budget Report Amended FY 2022 and FY 2023)
Georgia’s Revenue Shortfall Reserve Reaches Record Maximum “The RSR was created in 1976 to help manage instability in revenue collections and hedge against the possibility of a recession. FY 2021 marks the state’s first time reaching the fund’s maximum since the reserve was expanded to hold 15 percent of the prior year’s revenue collections in 2011. In AFY 2022, Gov. Kemp’s budget elects to use a $1.6 billion portion of the $3.8 billion surplus generated during FY 2021 to distribute one-time, flat refunds of $250 to single filers and $500 to married filers.”
Jill believes that the long term security of our State is based on budget stability. She currently supports the EITC model if the State is distributing returns. This provides larger sums to Georgia’s taxpayers over a longer period of time while strategically funding core programs that have been cut back, like mental health services for adolescents. However, if the budget can afford to issue returns, then we should also be considering abolishing State income taxes altogether. This is popular for campaigning, but the reality is that she would only support that IF the State budget could somehow provide all essential improvements and capitol expenditures on infrastructure, improving pay for educators, law enforcement, mental health care, addictive diseases, developmental disabilities and essential senior care initiatives, while also ignoring the $4.7 in flexible spending offered from the Feds, as explained below.
There is much to be done to improve the quality of services currently offered in Georgia, as well as improving the pay and security for those who work in tax funded systems. If we are going to push back Medicaid expansion, then we MUST improve our State supported social services and healthcare systems. Jill will support bi-partisan efforts on bills that address these issues, as she has witnessed or been laid off herself, as part of failed policies which we must repair. Recommendations from independent auditing groups are clear.
“In FY 2021, Georgia maintained a workforce of 76,000 full-time state employees—down over 9 percent from FY 2019 and 25 percent since the start of the Great Recession—who were paid a median annual salary of $39,000. Of these state employees, 65 percent are women, 46 percent are Black and 3 percent are Hispanic, demonstrating the clear gender and racial inequities of persistently underpaying and overburdening a shrinking workforce. Part of what has contributed to the state’s diminishing workforce in recent years is a pattern of eliminating vacant positions as a cost cutting measure rather than appropriating sufficient resources for state agencies to attract and retain qualified applicants. Going forward, in addition to continuing to increase salaries, state leaders must also reevaluate staffing needs across government to ensure
agencies can adequately serve Georgians.” (GBPI.org)
Seniors & Caregivers
Trammell will vote NO on defunding any of Georgia’s waiver programs and will vote YES on improvements, including accountabilities and more transparency.
Having support available for caregivers is an issue close to Jill’s heart. Jill has worked for the State of Georgia in the Department of Intake and Evaluation, providing assessments and recommendations to State leadership on the use of the State Waiver programs for the most in need. Seniors are among the most vulnerable in our State and continue to be an underserved population.
For many years, Jill cared for her mother who was chronically ill, losing her fight with COPD and chronic heart disease on Nov. 2nd of 2020. During that time Jill was a single mother, raising 3 children and working outside of the home. This was not just difficult but became impossible at times. Her situation was not unlike many Georgians who can not afford the out-of-pocket cost of in-home care or assisted living for their loved ones. There is help from the State, however, this is not without serious cost to the family who may be threatened with homelessness due to accessing the CCSP waiver.
CCSP is the Community Care Service Program whose waiver funding pays for essential services to seniors and the disabled. When that waivered person dies, their assets go to the State as repayment. If you are a caregiver who lives in the parent’s home and it is transferred into your name, you will not be able to keep the home unless you have been on record as the primary care provider for your parent and do not take any type of State funding, including the SFC waiver that pays for you as an in home caregiver, for at least 5 years. Many do not understand this and lose the only home they have after sacrificing so much of their own lives, while caring for their aging parent.
Jill believes that CCSP and the SFC waiver that are intended to support caregivers needs to better support the aging population and the families who care for them. The State of Georgia can afford this as we continue to have a surplus in reserves to the tune of $4.3 billion dollars, with State taxes increasing that approx. 9% in June of 2022. The governor’s executive budget does not mention restoring lost funding or increasing state waiver funding programs, but does include hefty expenditures to DPH and Education, both issues with which there is intense pressure from the Federal government to expand and control. There are other capitol expenditures slated that are non essential, but the caring for our elderly and the families that serve them are not a priority. When elected, Jill will fight for those who need these supports to care for our wonderful seniors.
State Term Limits
When good Representatives become Politicians, We The People will suffer.
Trammell supports State term limits in Georgia. Research in the area of legislative term limits is vague on how these truly affect legislation itself. The types of people who run for office don’t appear to be that affected either. What we do know is that when people are serving their constituents, rather than worrying about their next campaign, they do a better job for the people they represent.
Jill agrees that term limits for Federal positions are especially important due to the overwhelming landscape of power they have on States, however, the States have to consider how term limits affect their actual legislation to determine whether or not they are necessary.
This fact is included in reports dating back to the 90s and has clearly become an even bigger issue with the most recent years and partisan divides. Interestingly enough, people don’t talk about or understand the ramifications of term limits on the distribution of power. Often these are transferred to the sitting Governor and even legislative staffers. So, before we jump on the term limits train for your General Assembly… if you want to keep good Representatives who are Conservatives, Republicans and Independents in power – we should realize that what is good for the goose, is good for the gander and do more research.
The table below indicates that of the 13 states that have term limits for their General Assemblies, the majority are Republican.
House Term Limits – 2020’s latest research
151 state representatives—61 Democratic, 89 Republican, and one independent—were term-limited in 2020. Going into the November elections, Democrats had majorities in three of the 11 term-limited state houses. Republicans had majorities in eight of the 11 state house of representatives.
Two state houses—Maine and Michigan—had more term-limited Democrats than Republicans. Nine state houses—Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, and South Dakota—had more term-limited Republicans than Democrats.

Trammell will support smart environmental policies that protect our natural world, without delaying it for our children to deal with. She will work to ensure our strategies for clean energy are sustainable and economically sound. Its time that Republicans and Conservatives take real action on saving our planet.
The discussion on human environmental impact is urgent. As a former surfer and an avid scuba diver, Jill knows that regardless of what you want to call it, our ocean reefs are dying at an alarming rate. When the coral reefs are dead, the rest of the ocean follows. When the ocean is dead, so are we.
Electric vehicles and emissions are being pushed for many reasons, but the environmental and economic impact from job loss and batteries, is staggering. The additional reliance we will have on China who owns the majority of the mining for this use, is also an issue that needs to be addressed. We can do better than blanket policies that push an agenda that is not sustainable for Americans.
Trammell believes in funding renewable energy policies and projects. She also believes in nuclear power and fusion technology. Jill supports the PSC Chairwoman, Tricia Pridemore and our Plant Vogtle Nuclear Plant projects. These are hugely significant to the future of Georgia and the nation. We must keep the Federal government out of mandating distribution and teach other states on how to build and scale their own nuclear power grids. Keeping in mind, it will take decades to reduce the reliance on petroleum and we must have another economy to scale in its place.
Trammell supports House Bill 888 and will support policies that aim to prevent divisive teachings in our schools, limits federal government funding, oversight and standards.
Trammell will fight with Parents to take back their schools through School Choice, funding vouchers that follow the student and asking the State to provide its own Standards for Accreditation. This is where we should be focusing our attention, as well as at the School Boards.
HB 888 prohibits teaching that “the United States is a systemically racist country.” Other prohibitions include teaching that individuals “bear collective guilt and are inherently responsible” for past actions by members of the same “race, ethnicity, religion, color, or national origin ”or “that any individual should feel discomfort, guilt, anguish” or other psychological distress on that basis.
Jill believes that the accrediting bodies such as Cognia Inc., (which is now a conglomerate comprised of several former accrediting companies) is responsible for pushing the highly divisive training and curriculum known as CRT and DEI. This is a manufactured crisis within our schools by the radical left and Jill will vote for any Bills which limit the funding received by school boards in bonds associated with Cognia Inc., Dept. of Education or other bad actors who have an agenda to control what our children consume in the classroom.
Accreditation is a review process to determine if educational programs meet defined standards of quality. The process of academic accreditation typically culminates in an external quality review by a team of professional experts from academe or industry.
